Shipping & Return Policy
Q1. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide to all countries. Shipping cost and delivery time will be indicated at checkout.
Q2. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to Singapore and from order $35.22+ for all other countries! Delivery starts from $4.16 to $12.61 depending on the weight and destination of your order.
Q3. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped.
Delivery typically takes a few days to three weeks. The exact timing based on shipping address will be indicated at checkout.
Q4. I NEED TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS / CANCEL MY ORDER.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or rerouting of your order. Please carefully check your shipping address for typos and missing apartment or suite numbers.
Q5. WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED DISCREETLY?
Absolutely! All of our orders are shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging. There will be no mention of lubricants, condoms or sex toys.
Q6. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER.
Sorry about that! We're here to help! Drop us an email at email@example.com with your order no. and we'll do our best to track down your order. If you've chosen a shipping method with no tracking, please check your mailbox for your parcel.
NOTE: Tracked packages which are unclaimed within the stipulated timeframe are subject to disposal by either the sender's or recipient's local postal office. No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, abandoned or disposed of.
Q7. I'VE BEEN INFORMED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER.
We do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We will not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.
Q8. I NEED TO RETURN MY ORDER.
We are sorry to hear that! We accept returns within 90 days for any reason. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no. to begin the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with all of the original contents (manufacturer’s packaging, instruction manuals, warranty card, accessories, etc.) included.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. 20% restocking fee will apply to all packages which are returned, unless otherwise stated.
We strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service for return with proper packaging as we are not liable for missing items or items damaged during transit.
